Outplacement
We work in conjunction with Human Resources for provide the following services during an organizational downsizing:
- Outplacement program development and counseling
- Training programs for staff being laid off as well as program for the staff that are remaining
- Manager training for effective layoff notifications
- Reduction-in-Force (RIF) coaching to effectively manage staff reductions and layoffs
