Kathleen Sexton, Founder & CEO
Kathleen Sexton has more than 15 years of experience in training, organizational, and career development with expertise in webinars, team building, retreat design and facilitation, career counseling, and developing career and employee development programs. Through her work with leaders and learners at all levels in business, non-profit, and academic environments, she has demonstrated versatility and experience by meeting a wide range of needs.
Before launching Kairos Learning, Kathleen worked for almost a decade at Stanford University's Learning & Development Department. She developed a premier career development program for staff (COMPASS) and the Learn from Anywhere Webinar Program. She currently serves on the faculty of Stanford University’s Continuing Studies and is an instructor for University of California Irvine Extension on Best Practices for Creating and Facilitating Live Online Training for their instructors.
Kathleen holds a Master´s degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University, is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor (NCCC), and a Master Practitioner Certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI).

Rossella Derickson
Rossella has 22 years experience leading corporate sales, marketing, and project management teams. She has transformed her learning into a training model to coach individuals and teams to work more harmoniously together. Rossella has translated her business experience into the Wisdom in the Workplace training modules, to coach and to teach individual and group dynamics. Rossella holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Rutgers University and is an ICF trained coach. Her talks include Improving Business Intuition, Mastering a Positive Leadership Style, and Understanding Performance Obstacles.
Patricia Haddock
Patricia is a communications consultant and trainer with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations retain and develop employees, increase their productivity and effectiveness, and improve their interpersonal skills. She has authored five business books and hundreds of articles for print and web.
Pierre Khawand
Pierre has more than fifteen years of experience in the software industry. He has led several technology ventures and completed successful mergers and acquisitions. His current business focus centers on enabling business professionals to communicate and collaborate more effectively using leading-edge technologies. His best-selling "Accomplishing more in less time, less effort, and less stress" workshop enables managers and executives to better cope with information overload and competing priorities. Pierre holds a Master´s degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and has completed several Executive Education programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Management.
Karin Hollerbach
Karin is an executive advisor and specializes in helping growing organizations develop and implement key corporate strategies. Karin consults on strategic management, corporate performance, domestic and international expansion, and strategic alliances and partnerships, including acquisitions, licensing, and other partnerships. She is adept at linking human performance with corporate strategy. She serves on and advises multiple boards. Karin holds undergraduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD from an interdisciplinary program between UCSF and UC Berkeley; she has completed the Global Bio-Executive program at the Haas School of Business in Berkeley.
John Nash
John Nash, Ph.D., is a strategic planning and program evaluation consultant specializing in the philanthropic, nonprofit and higher education sectors. He is one of the founders of the OpenEye Group, a firm based in Sweden and the United States, partnering with organizations to shorten time-to-impact in the social sector. He is also associate professor of educational leadership studies at the University of Kentucky. He has in-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including survey design and administration, and qualitative interview, observation and case study techniques (with a background in the appropriate use of mixed methods approaches).
Phyllis Roteman
Phyllis has more than 24 years of facilitation, instructional design, sales, corporate training and HRD experience. She has developed and delivered integrated "people-powered business solutions" to corporations in the areas of training, performance management systems, corporate learning and HR strategy, executive development, coaching, leadership development, customer service and selection programs. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami, where she was on the business school faculty teaching organizational design and development.
